w1 r3 in the bag, managed to let go of tredmill bar for the first time! confidence increasing.. tempted to repeat wk 1 don't feel ready to run for 90 sec

Good plan. Loads on here do each week twice. It will set you up well :)

My experience of this programme is that you never feel ready for the next step.

I've just started W9 and I don't feel that much different in myself from when I was doing W1: yet 60 seconds has somehow become 30 minutes. I have no idea how that happened, and it still doesn't seem very plausible, but there it is.
