Haven’t run for a month, because of a lurgy.....
Was on the last run of week 8, so I expected to have to go back a couple of weeks. I was amazed though, when I felt like I didn’t need the 3 min walk- so just carried on running.....
The weird thing is, is that I found it even easier- and just slipped into a pace, albeit a slow pace. I even found the uphill ok, when before I always struggled. I even enjoyed myself!
So I’m so very chuffed, I’m repeating week 8, and will continue to week 9 after all!!!! So happy x
