As I had recently taken myself to effectively day dot Ive been pleasantly surprised to of done my 2nd 5k of the week this morning. All indoors mind you but that's something personally I enjoy. I'll get outdoors eventually but im really not fussed. The one thing I'm taking from C25K on my journey this year is the 3 runs a week. then 3 days off. It works for me and even though I've put on weight I can still run better than I had been throughout the Autumn and winter.
It's been very encouraging reading all the posts from the people doing R.E.D run every day in january , on facebook . Some real inspiration out there including from you guys as well.
