I've just one Week 1 session 1. The app said I ran for 8 minutes which I swear is more than the last 30 years combined. The 3rd and 5th runs seemed easier but the first and last were the worst. Still, I did it and I didn'

Yes it gets easier, and you're doing really well to push through when it's tough. Lots of people find they're doing the running sections too quickly at first: if you couldn't hold a conversation while running (and/or you feel as if your lungs are on fire), try slowing down. You may feel you're going ridiculously slowly: that's ok.

Well done on getting started, keep it up!

Thank you. I was overtaken by a couple of snails but I'll bear that in mind next time :-)

Yes, it gets easier, promise. Well done for not giving up. Youve got the hardest bit behind you. Im on week 9 now and finding running for 30 minutes easier than those week 1 runs. You will be amazed. I think it’s that our bodies get a rude awakening in week one and have to adjust.
