Hi All,

Brand new to all this, please can I ask a question. Do you think it would be suitable for me to take my 16 month old out in his buggy whilst I done my training?

Thank you in advance

Welcome.

You wouldn't be the first, but don't underestimate how much effort is involved in pushing a buggy at a jogging pace, especially by the time you are moving for thirty minutes.

Why not give it a go and see how you get on.

From a running grandma , it’s easier in a running buggy.

I have just started and am running with my little man in a buggy, I did splash out on a dedicated running buggy though as it has nice big wheels and suspension to make it a more comfortable ride for him.

Thank you very much, do you have any suggestions about the best running buggy? I’ve had a look online and it’s a mine field! Thanks again

I bought a bugaboo runner as it meant I only needed to buy the frame as we already had the seat and accessories.

I didn't do any research into others so can't really help with them.
