Any advice for W5R3?

Hi, I was just wondering if anybody has advice for making the leap from doing multiple shorter runs to one big one? I did W5R2 (2x8 minute runs with a 5 minute walk between) on Wednesday and didn't find it especially difficult but this next one (20 minutes continuous) is rather daunting! All and any advice welcome!

I felt exactly the same , but gave it a go and completed it , it was an amazing feeling , stay positive , choose somewhere you enjoying running, you can do it πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘

No advice is required. Just get on and do it. The program is designed such that you will be able to do it if you have done the prior runs. The magic there is it's actually easy to continue running than it is to stop and restart. The only trick is actually getting your head around that fact. So don't build it up, just take it easy hold back a bit on the speed to keep some gas in the tank and off you go. :)

So many of us felt the same and I certainly set off with trepidation. However the programme has prepared you for this. Set off nice and slow and cross the finish line with an air punch :)

As you just said, you ran and briskly walked for a total of 21 minutes..... W5R3 is only 20 minutes.

Practice grinning and run slowly.

Just on my way home from it now, managed to finish with energy to spare! Thanks for the support 😊

Just trust the programme! You have done that distance/time/calories already...just put it all together and don't go too fast...
