Hello to All,

Firstly Happy New Year to all. Well it's been a long time since I've logged on and even longer since I jogged on (lol).

So tonight am going to go out and see what condition I am in. Can't see myself getting nowhere close to the regular run stats. One of my resolutions is to get back on track and start running regularly again.

Anyone else getting back into the groove?

Saul.

I’m in the same boat as you. I had my feet up and my tummy full for the last 6 weeks. I don’t need anymore winter blubber. Time this week to shed the pounds and get back on track. 3 x 5K’s done since Monday and 3 pounds shed on the scales. Enjoy the come back.

Hello, I am doing well. Didn't pack it in just life has got in the way, managed a couple of runs here and there nothing major. Will hopefully keep it constant now.
