A big long break!

After a surgical operation in November I was told I could not run for 8 weeks, I was very frustrated. After completing my c25k in September and then running for 35 minutes 3 times a week I really thought I was getting somewhere. My body was changing and I was feeling great. However Christmas has thrown me back a few months. I’ve put on weight and just not feeling as happy as I was a few months ago. Can anyone advise me on what to do now? Shall I start from the beginning of c25k? HELP 😫
