Getting there

I started W4R1 again after a flu/cold bug, ice and snow. I am enjoying the running though breathing and aching legs are my constant companions. I am going to buy some new trainers on Tuesday.

Well done on getting back, glad you are feeling better.

Buy running shoes rather than trainers. Dont forget to get a gait analysis. Enjoy.

Well done you...now with those new trainers... chill and relax into some slow and steady runs... :)

This is a great running journey, take your time and enjoy it :)

Well done.

I am glad you are still breathing on every run.......it really is essential. if you meant you are having trouble with breathing then there is one answer........slow down, until you can hold a steady conversation, not just a spluttered gasping exhalation of odd words. This is your easy pace and, regardless of miles per hour, it is the speed at which all C25kers should be running to maximise their development.

Slow is good.
