I went out into today's glorious sunshine for a small rest day cycle amid all the busyness. Beautiful blue and golden day in the country lanes, lots of hedgerow birds including the bullfinch who vigourously escorted me through his territory, views of the sea in the distance- at the end... thinks, " That would be a good route to run when I am a bit further on " - aim for Summer 2018. 😃

Beautiful indeed! A great motivation for a run. You are so lucky to get a sunny day: we've had grey, warm and wet weather for the last couple of days and it looks like it's going to stay like this for Xmas... Not bad for running though. Happy runs to you over or after Xmas!
