into my 18th week ! still proud, as I had over 6 stone to lose at 58yrs old, lost 3stone so far. Just started week 5 and I am happy taking my time. It has certainly given me structure in training. Once a week i complete 5k on tread mill non stop adding to the programme. My aim for new year is to move to outside.
