Soon I will be able to go back and run :)

For now few more weeks of legs strengthening before I go out. And then, starting from around week 3, although chiropractor said to start from the scratch.

Thanks :) You / we still need to wait a little bit and it will be more walking than running again.

I think my running technique is do week 1-6, pause, than rinse and repeat :P

But I am stubborn / persistent enough to earn this shiny blinky one day ;)

Glad to hear you'll be back running with us again before too long.

Hurrah! A light - or is that a runner clad in fluoro and hi-vis and a head-torch - at the end of the non-running tunnel :)

Reminds me I must get to checking out more running shops so I can report on shoes for us!

Hehehe, I am sure it is a runner with a torch in my tunnel :D

My running shoes are quite new, so I don't expect buying new ones at least for a year or so.

Not what you're looking for?
