Goodbye week 8! Well this run was lots better than my last run. I’ve decided I love running in the rain. Which is lucky really as it was torrential on this run. My change of route, which took me uphill through the local park and then a nice rest downhill on the way home, helped. I also think a change of music helped too. How can you not like running to Chemical brothers Go, Kasbian fast fuse and get a move on by Mr Scruff??
