I was so disappointed to fall behind on my running schedule. I really want to run now. I must have lost my mind! I have been ill as well as the cold preventing me from running. I wanted to run the 20 minutes run today so as I wasn't able to drive somewhere flat I ran up and down my road which has a couple of big slopes but no roads to cross. I found it more difficult than usual, but I don't know if that was because I hadn't run for 5 days or that the hills made it harder or it was just harder! I don't want to stop running regularly. I even had passersby comment, pleasantly! I am so pleased with myself to reach this point!!!

Yippee that Wk5 R3 is a good un' to get under your belt. You did very well, the hills will have made it tougher than a flat run, and running for 20 minutes non -stop feels pretty amazing doesn't it...
