Once again no chance of a run today due to snow and ice on Tyneside, weather looks a bit warmer after today so hopefully tomorrow evening after work for the first post grad run, meanwhile the poor exercise bike will take another hammering later. Can't wait to run on those warm summer mornings.......

Couldnt run this weekend and cant today . Too icy and slippy 
Lets hope for better running conditions soon . I did see a lady running this morning, I see her most mornings whatever the weather , but I just dont like risking it . xxx
