So i started over last week with week one as to much time laps. Done week 2, 1st run yesrerday and really chuff with it. Looking forward to tom run and the buzz...try my winter coat on and i can get the buttons done up, not something I could done last year, rather went out with no coat....down side 😢 got a Bakers cyst coming up on one leg and struggle in the begining of each run but determend that loosing weight will help with the knee problems as well.
