Lovely Parkrun today. It was our 300th and we were rewarded with a lovely mince pie and a small hot mulled wine. It was a great treat as I came through the tunnel.

It was so cold this morning, at least it makes you keep going to keep yourself warm. Last week our park run had 299 runners, I really hope we tipped the 300 today as it would be so fitting.

Have a lovely weekend and if you are running stay safe in the icy conditions.

Rfc x.

Totally acceptable, and given the circumstances it would be rude not to.😉
