Can’t believe I have just ‘run’ for 25 mins. I concentrated on stamina rather than speed but so chuffed I didn’t stop. Week 7 here I come

That's it, you've cracked it now. Once you get that 25 minuter sorted, you know you're ready for the final 3 weeks. Graduation beckons!!

Forget speed and just run... enjoy the lovely longer runs that follow..relax and let the newly found legs find their happy pace:)

Well done you! I start week 7 tonight. I hope you're finding the program as beneficial as I am. Graduation will be a great christmas present!!

Fantastic. I read the term 'juffling' on an old post the other day...and that certainly fits my pace. You should feel chuffed with yourself, 6 weeks ago 1min was a hurdle.

Keep up the 'keeping it slow and steady' seems the critical part.

Keep smiling :)
