More veg was needed this morning so another almost 5k run was completed. Lovely weather, a couple of hills and a new fastest avg pace. My persistence in the gym must be paying off. Hope to fit in another park run before Christmas, time and weather permitting. Faith in oneself and persistence make for enjoyable running.
