Week 9 run 3

I've done it! Graduated. Even ran up a hill which I normally avoid. Very slightly under 5k but that hill slowed me down. Can't believe how good it feels. Taken me four months to get here but I feel 20 years younger than I did when I started. Lost 2 stone in weight along the way and have bags of energy. Thank you C25K
