We’ll all look silly together! We all have running head torches! They’re the bees knees and absolutely necessary for running outdoors in winter when it’s getting dark just after 3 pm They are great and will take you on many adventures. Just keep your eyes peeled and one ear cocked! If you are listening to your podcast or app maybe just wear one ear phone

I usually have one headphone in after dark so I am aware of my surroundings... looking forward to tonight and not jumping at my own shadows 😂
