Three weeks off

It has been three weeks ago since I finish week 7 runs. As needs to recover after an injury and seeing Physio a few time.

Not sure if I could go straight to week 8 or should I restart week 7 again?

My first 5km will be on the 9th December and hope to be ready for that.

You don't want to be injured again, so I'd have a look at W7 R1 and try and do that. If you've been having physiotherapy, maybe your fitness condition is not too bad, but I'd really take the pace down and be prepared to stop as soon as it gets too hard.

But you know your bod and what impact the injury has had, but I think generally we say take it slow and steady and not push yourself, in case you push yourself back on the injury couch..

Thank you and the physician told me to try light jog and see how I’ll cope and I did went slowly for the jog yesterday.

Of course I need to be better my the stretching so I won’t have shortened tendons again. :)
