You don't want to be injured again, so I'd have a look at W7 R1 and try and do that. If you've been having physiotherapy, maybe your fitness condition is not too bad, but I'd really take the pace down and be prepared to stop as soon as it gets too hard.
But you know your bod and what impact the injury has had, but I think generally we say take it slow and steady and not push yourself, in case you push yourself back on the injury couch..
