New time .....

New PB for my 5k (she said like she was a professional runner haha 😂)

Last week I was running at 8.2km per hour on the treadmill and done the 5k in 36.40.

Today I upped it to 8.3 and my time was 36.18 - 22 seconds quicker !!

It’s not fast but I’m getting there !!
