So I done my W3R1 a few days ago and it seemed to go excellently, but the day after, both of the compromised ligaments in my ankle were inflamed so ... that's not been so great.
I'm still pretty pleased to have actually started week three though!
I'm not entirely sure what the new plan is, I'll go and get it checked out, but I hope to put in a week one jog after some more rest days, and work it out from there.
Might have to switch back to cycling for a while longer! I'm not sure I can stand going through that feeling of losing fitness again through injury lol.
