Week 7 in the bag, but I’ve hurt myself... Not sure how to deal with it, it’s very painful.
I had a hot bath straight away, maybe I should try cold?
It’s my inner thigh, about 1/3 of the way up, not even sure what muscle it is...
I didn’t feel anything happen at the time, but after the run. Any advice please?

Oh no. So sorry to hear that. I would try cold. Rest. See if it starts to get better in a day or two and if not seek advice from a doctor or if you can a sports physio.
Basic first aid for runners is R.I.C.E. meaning Rest (although keep mobile), Ice put something like ice or frozen peas, through a cloth, for twenty minutes at a time, to reduce inflammation, Compression with either a compression sleeve or something wrapped around it and Elevation, put the affected part up above body level if possible.
If you Google this you can find out more and may come across M.I.C.E. and other variations. You could try anti inflammatories also.
As Hidden says, if it doesn't clear up, get professional advice.
