Giving C25k another go!

Hey guys,

Last year I actually started this programme and got to the end of wk 3 before quit because i got annoyed with running in the rain with glasses on. Fast forward a year and I am in a new job, new part of the UK (Scotland woohoo!) and I joined a gym a couple of months ago. I have lost 4kg in the past couple of months by weight training, swimming and cardio (cross trainer mainly for 25ish minutes). However, I think it is now time to start couch 2 5k again.

W1R1 and W1R2 are now done after the weights and I feel great about this. I treat myself to the sauna session after the gym and stocked up on the vegan protein powder to throw in my smoothie :D

In December I graduate from my Masters degree and I am determined to graduate from this in the first quatre of 2018!
