I went for a run on Monday (having started this lark 18 months ago, not having run since school, probably 40+ years ago). Because it was damp I thought I'd run the pavements instead of muddy park trails and found myself thinking "If you want to run a hill you can..." and then "whoah, wait up! Did you just suggest you might miss running up a hill if you run on the pavements...". So, yes, totally understand. But I like this new me so much more!
I am in awe of you getting up at 6 to go to the gym, tho!
I started this running lark at the beginning of August on a whim but haven’t ventured outside yet with my running - but I will.
I am usually awake anyway waiting for the alarm to go off so I figured what the hell use that time for the gym. Saves having to go after work and it actually really gives me a boost for the day.

I run both treadmill and outside . Do try and venture outside it’s beautiful especially if u can run round a lake or park .x
