So I've really taken a liking to this night time running and just finished week 8 Run 2. It wasn't easy tonight though at all. Felt like I had lead legs throughout the majority of the run. I did notice that I covered a greater distance though so maybe my speed is increasing. I must look at the stats on my Samsung Health chart as map my run seemed to do its own thing tonight.

Well done I’m doing run 3 tomorrow then as I’m working nights for rest of the week, so will do wk 9 next week , omg 😮 just realised we’ll both be graduating next week 😊
Thank you. I was hoping to graduate this week. Well that was my thinking last week but I've got some night shifts coming up too and so that will slow me down come the 2nd half of this week. Might be able to fit in 2 more runs this week and then it'll be on to next week for me to finish up the last couple of runs and graduation for us. Yayyyyy!
