Well...today was week 2 run 3.i have had 4 hourse sleep & consumed far too much wine last night so woke up with a rather sucky hangover!!!on top of that Aunt Flo is visiting(sorry if TMI!!!)PLUS...it was blowing a gail outside!!!i felt rubbish...so tired,no energy,jelly legs & all the cramps!!!BUT...i put on my magic unicorn leggings & off i went...& i did it π i expected the whole thing to be a disaster & to have to stop a few times but i didnt...not even once!!!i am very chuffed & really looking forward to the challenge of starting week 3 on wednesday π

I dramatically reduced my hangovers by drinking truly COPIOUS amounts of water before I go to bed and another glass every time I get up during the night to pee (sorry if TMI). Really helps a ton!

Its ridiculous really!!!my friend seems to have those magic wine glasses that refill themselves automatically haha π€£π i was so annoyed with myself but was determined not to let it ruin my progress!!!
