Been sick, but now ready to run again

Hi all

I completed the 9 weeks and did an extra week before I caught the flu followed right after by a chest infection. I’m not 100% better, but I feel like the more I don’t run, the more I’ll lose all the momentum I gained. I want to start again, but I know I probably won’t manage 30 minutes. Is it just a case if starting and seeing which week you fall into then redoing the process back to graduation again??

Really, make sure you feel better before you run again... you could end up feeling worse!

How long is it since you ran? You might be better taking a really long brisk walk and putting in some running joggettes, to see how your body responds..!

I would not even think about 30 minutes... just head out and see how it goes. :)
