Nearly there now - one more week - scary! Found week 8 harder. Legs felt heavy. But pressed on and completed. Albeit slow jog. Guess thing will get easier. Legs are getting toned though πŸ˜€ at least up to the knees!! But I think thighs are getting bigger😱

Wow 3 more runs to go and you've done it. I agree with you on the toned legs bit. My legs have definitely become firmer. I've lost almost 6 kg in weight also too and I haven't been dieting. Makes me wonder how much weight I could've lost if I watched what I ate since starting this programme back in September.

No weight loss for me 😒 even though have been eating healthier. Disappointed πŸ˜”. Did have an all inclusive holiday though (6lbs on and then off again )!!πŸ˜‚

Don't worry. I'm sure you're full of leg muscles now and muscle weighs more than fat, so that'll be the reason. ☺

I was 113kg when I started and so any exercise at that point would help me to shed afew pounds. They do say heavier people lose weight quicker than lighter people and I have a whole heap to lose.

Hopefully now we're running longer, we will start to slowly shed afew more pounds too.
