Mission not accomplished. Ran 10 minutes and shins were killing me so I switched to walking.

Will reboot and restart W8R1.

You came so far so you will smash it next time! I find the first 5-10 minutes of running hard and my shins do hurt too.

Hi,

I recommend you take a few days rest just to allow your body to make its repair so you will be ready. A rest often pays dividends.

Well done in getting to week 8. Not far to go now!

Sensible choice...sometimes it just doesn't come together physically. So put this one down as a couple of kms in the running bank and some minutes in the stamina bank. It's never wasted effort or energy. Good luck next time out
