Really struggled to run my 2nd 10mins tonight! My hips and shins were killing me. This has set me back a bit, really not looking forward to running for 25mins on Friday! 😣

But you did it.......

If anything is "killing" you then you should stop, unless you just have a habit of hyperbole.

If the hip and shin pain is new then get it checked out.

Basically, try slowing down, that will reduce impact stresses.

But you did it so very well done, if it's pain then get medical advice and rest but other than that carry on BUT just slow it down get to snail pace and then slow it down some more
