W6r2 feeling more difficult to do πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

I’m still enjoying my experience and always feel glad at the end of the jog but !........

My knees are now starting to feel it , and my right leg from the back of my knee up to the top of my thigh feels like a niggle not pain 😬

Any advise folks , iv done so well up to now πŸ‘πŸ˜‰

Stretches after your runs nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...

Invest if a foam roller as well.

Keep up with the stretches even on non-run days.

Exercises for the knees may help!

Stretch after every run and make sure you are putting on some other non impact exercise on rest days :) The runs are getting longer and you need to make sure all of the rest of you is keeping up with the legs.

Relax into the run.. go gently and land lightly as you go :)
