Well - I did it! Not my best run and the first 10 minutes were really stodgy but it did get better! So thrilled and grateful for all the support and encouragement on this forum! Going to keep running and try some park runs - got a busy few weeks ahead at work so must make sure I don’t lose my running mojo! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
