I was worried I wouldn't start week 2 as there had been a gap of 4 days since my last run but I did! Didn't enjoy this run at all. As with my others, my breathing was fine, but my legs got sore very early on.

During my cooldown stage at the end I began to feel nauseous, and still do almost 3 hours later. Has anyone experienced similar?

Oh dear. Are you warming up well...are you taking it really slowly... ? Hydrating well ?

You could have a bug... see how you feel after a rest day :)
