Well I take my Sun hat off to those runners here in Florida,I left my Garmin at home so set a time of 30mins . I set off at 6.45 am running up I drive I actually ran 45mins slow and steady saw other runners doing same got good mornings off quite a few as they passed me lol . Really enjoyed it set me up for the day . But how do they cope in this heat ,even at that time ! Happy running folks
