To boldly go

Hi all

Just waiting for the kick to get me moving. 9 st overweight nearly 60 years old. Need to get back to my Martini status of about 35 years ago.

They say the longest journey starts with the first step - so getting my trainers on may be a good start.

Wish me luck

Joe - Newcastle

Go Joe! You might remember them? 😃 Go Jo’s that is 😎

We start from the beginning. Nine weeks so no hurry. Just finish each session, nothing else to think about. The voice over guy or gal, or Laura if you’re using the podcast, will look after you and drip feed information as you go

Don’t eat any extra grub while on the programme! Sorry to say.

Good luck and Bon voyage 👋

Good luck Joe! I'm on week 8 run three tomorrow...never thought I'd get this far. I'm 61 so it can be done. You will be amazed how you will feel much fitter. Keep at it. Lace up those trainers and double knot them...then get going. Looking forward to hearing how you get on.
