So not an easy feel good run, but a hard slog due I think a mix of a new route and a more humid atmosphere. However, I completed it and can now say I have graduated from c25k.

I did my first run on September 4th -also a hard slog due to total unfitness and I can't quite believe now on November 3rd it's all done. I'm in awe of the programme, the NHS for publicising and doing the podcasts and everyone here for the seemingly endless supply of good humour, positive energy and support.

It has been quite the experience.
