So what next? I know to run 3 times a week but should I stick to 30 til I get faster or cover more ground? What have other graduates done?

Congratulations jaxxmalπππππ
You have graduated and can now run for 30 minutes whenever you like. Well doneππππππ
Definately consolidate your 30 minute runs for a few weeks, then take a look at the c25k +podcasts maybe.
You could then start working towards reaching the 5k if you are not yet there by adding a couple of minutes at the beginning of your run. ( I found it much harder to do extra distance at the end)
Some people enjoy Parkruns, you can walk some of the course...lots of people do.
Run for fun sometimes too, mix up your routes and do some shorter runs.
Keep posting for motivation πx
Congrats Jax, well done! ππΌππΌ You have some great advice from Jan. Maybe spend some time consolidating and enjoying the 5s?

Brilliant, congratulations graduate ππ πΎ

Congratulations, very well done πππ Enjoy your future runs - little more or little less, fast/slow, up hill/down hill - whatever takes your fancy you are a graduate!
Jan, are the C25K+ NHS pods? If not are they βfoundβ easily?

Whoop! Whoop! What an achievement, well done. π

Fantastic! Turning cartwheels for you!! π
