This morning's run was great. I laid out my clothes last night ready to dress and go. This morning there was no 'shall I, shan't I run' conversation in my head. I just went for it.
The longer warm up walk is really helping. Thanks for the tip. My legs and knees are feeling much better during the run. Eight weeks on and they have adapted. It really is about steady and slow.
I definitely had the robot legs this morning. They know what they are doing and happily get on with it. I even tried a little sprint to end the run. I did it in my head not sure my legs caught on to the idea though. May be next run!!
