Not sure what to do I’m currently got my week 7 run 3 to do and from the last run I did my groin hurt when I walked. Still niggling and my next run is today and not sure if I should rest it. I don’t want to fall back on my running because of it 😞

Have extra rest if needed it won't hurt your running, and gently stretch the groin area.. sometimes mild aches can be run through, so if you do run take it slow n easy..😊

Take an extra days rest.
Feel for the offending little muscle giving grief and massage then do some stretches, repeat stretches 3 times and then repeat later in the day.
See how that feels after, hopefully will do the job

Did you run... or rest... make sure you are warmed up really well, these runs are getting longer... and the exercises misswobble suggests too, may help
