Chippy run 😊

W2R2 was so much better than my last run. Did a different route which was uphill and past the most delicious smelling chippy and it was still good! Saw other runners out and about too which made me feel part of the crowd. Although clearly bottom of the running pile as I got out of their way into the mud rather than vice Verda πŸ˜‚ Couple of questions though - how can I record my distance? Do I need to download another app? Is this really obvious?!

I use "map my run", easy to use which is good for me lol

You can record your runs on Strava Susieq, but at the moment its more about finishing the timed run sessions and not about how far you have travelled.

Maybe wait until you are on wk 7 *you will be there soon I promise* you could start to record your stats then.

For now, well done on a great W2 R2 and getting past the chippy..😊

Keep going onwards and upwards.x

Am I better waiting till later on in the programme then? I didn't want to be missing stats that later on I might have liked to look back on but I think I might just be getting a little bit too excited after my last run! I will listen to your advice 😊 Thankyou! X

I use Strava as well Susieq174, it’s free to download.. my favourite price... and links in with your gps on the phone so you get a map of your run and distance, pace etc.

For an example you can see a screenshot on my last post on my profile.

Thanks I've had a look at your post and it looks good. I might wait though as I'm getting a bit ahead of myself maybe! Thanks for the recommendation 😊
