Well great run after my last effort ,wasn't looking forward to the step up but l did it l ran for 16 mins yes me ....... l was delighted and could have gone on. It's a great feeling when you get the pace right and it all falls in to place.

I also ventured out of my lane and ran up the road for the fist time it was still very dark 6.15am so was only seen by the tractor driver going off to feed the calves. All in all a great start to the day and week 4 next run Thursday lm ready for you 🏃😂💪
