Week 9

Made it to week 9, run one went well, even did the rambo fist pump when she said the 30 minutes were up, very happy i was. wonder if i'll ever actually have the courage to run in daylight.....i did go along the main road last night so exposing my expert style and grace to the cars and no one crashed in horror so maybe i'll go with daylight on thursday
