What a great mistake to make!

I was due to run the second portion of week 6 and inadvertently selected the third run. I started and, when I heard Laura tell me I had completed 12 1/2 minutes, I had two choices...to keep running or reset the programme. I kept going and finished the 25 minutes both to my utter amazement and delight. I ran another 25 minutes as I went straight to week 7. I am nearly there...fingers crossed that the slight niggle in my knee doesn't become something more serious, I am a runner guys, just like you. Woohoo!!

I did something similar in Week 6................probably oxygen starvation or something.

Well done.
