Have had a break from C25K to having been ill a couple of times, and my kids picking up bugs from school. It's been frustrating but inevitable, having to build up again, but this week I'll be starting W7 again, which is where I'd got to!
My legs really ache from W6. Hope I haven't pushed myself too quickly, skipping weeks, not wanting to repeat too much unnecessarily.
Anyway, I came across this selection of strength exercises in my Facebook feed, posted by The Running Bug, I thought you might like a look at. I think they look quite hard, and maybe a little too taxing on some people's knees (eg. mine for a start!), but maybe they can be done more gently.
