Should have started this run 🏃🏼♀️on Friday as I had six runs to get in in ten days so I could graduate before going to Florida. Unfortunately I fell over( my own feet) on my way home from work on Friday and ended up in A&E😫. Luckily no breaks but soft tissue damage in right arm( my main one💪🏻) very limited to what I can do at the moment... no pulling on running leggings or lacing trainers😠. Reading everyone’s posts on here has helped me accept its not about the time you do it in, it’s just about DOiNG IT at your own pace, in your own time.

Ouch that sounds sore. Wishing you a speedy recover.
I finished the program yesterday but it took me 3.5 months due to injury. I personally don't think that matters one iota. The main thing is that when you are 100% fully better you get back out there and progress to the end.
Don't rush, you'll get there and it's always best to heed the advice "slow and steady".
Good luck.
I started the first of January, gave up after two running sessions, but started again in May. Didn’t do much running in June because I had heart surgery and my mother passed away, but picked up the program again in July and finished it yesterday. Setbacks are part of the process but you will eventually make it!
Wow congratulations, you really have had some mental and physical challenges to get past so hats off to you oneNCN on your graduation. Well done.
