Brian is moody out there, innit? Woke up to whistles, howls and rain against my windows. Nice. On my interval running day.

Well, let's choose some loud rock tunes to block off the wind, tie up the laces and get to know him. I'm sure he's not that bad but must remember to look out for flying branches

How does everyone else feel when running against Brian?

The closest thing to Brian I’ve come is my Brother!! And let me tell you I’ve battled through some rough old storms with him!!!! Good luck out there...it’ll be like the wizard of Oz!!

Ha! Wasn't bad at all. Brian washed and dried my face giving me a maiden glow. At times he even pushed me and made interval sprints easier. We need more of that

A shower and some blow. That's all Brian had. I'm really disappointed. Fair enough, it messed up my hair but that's me ignoring Hidden hair conditioner advice.

I am hoping Brian buggers off by tomorrow when I plan to do my first run of week 9. First 30 min run EVER and the wind pushing me back (potentially)? Pffft! Plus the danger of falling branches - my route is tree lined.

Not going to let it stop me though.
