I finally managed to move to the next run, after repeating run 1 of week 6 three times... I am taking it slow, with repeats, as I am in no rush and want to feel comfortable moving along on my second time doing the C25K... I am flustered and getting back to the office after the lunch break run was a bit of a downer - but feel so great for doing it!

Slow and steady as you go.....it is your choice, but repeating runs too many times can be a bit tricky, especially as the runs get longer. And you do know the way
But.. your journey... your way.. and as long as you are enjoying it..brilliant !

What ever works best for you & im delighted to read this post as i am also on second time and its hard going and ive decided like you if a run is too much or too hard im going to redo it too! Haven’t had to yet but just on week 5r1 on Sunday so il see how that goes! I remember first time round how hard i found week6 run 1 as I thought it would be a dawdle after 20mins continuous run! So looking out for that again😂!
